My interview questions

The person I am iterviewing for my roots and recipe project is my mom.  The food I am doing is adobo.  I have changed my food because it is hard to decide what has the most memories for me.  Whenever my mom makes a traditional filipino meal the males in the family have to leave the kitchen.    The date is unsure of because we are both very busy and rarely come in contact with eachother.  The date that is a very high possibility is august 29.  My questions i will ask are the following:
Is it okay for this recipe to be read by my classmates?
When did you first learn to make this dish?
Does adobo bring back memories for you?
Why do you like this dish?
How long has this dish been in the family?
WHat modifications have you made to this recipe?

    I hope the answer to your first question was "yes." It will have to be, in order for you to complete this assignment :)
    Pretty good job on questions...just need a bit more to connect the dish and the experience with your identity and cultural background.
